Truck Service Inc. Concrete Fencewall

Jerry Young, the owner of Truck Service Inc. contacted Curt Pieper to build a security wall for his company. The wall would have the added benefit of a sound barrier. Curt decided that the best way to build the wall was to precast the 11' long and 4' high panels and include one concrete post on the end. He used a tongue and groove joint to attach the panels together. The design of the company logo was cast into the concrete and highlighted with acid stain. The face of the panel has an exposed aggregate finish and the opposite side has a sand stone finish.

Dramatic 5’x 4’ concrete fireplace front with a 16”x 5’ concrete hearth. The top is a one of a kind abstract mottling of concrete. This custom work was designed for a home in Saugatuck, MI. (2007)

Hamilton Block and Ready-Mix Fencewall

After Curt had completed the Truck Service project, he started working on a fencewall for his business. The subject for this wall was something very dear to his heart, nature. The scene has five deer in varying positions.

The panels were constructed the same as the panels at Truck Service.
