Ancient Reflections
This is a variation on
the sophisticated square concrete “Reflections” table
with its highly stylized offset placement of a circular glass
piece. A simple stem with a few leaves is cast into this concrete
top and left unstained for a fossilized feel. The effect is stunning.
When the curing process is complete the table is polished with
a diamond grinder and hand sealed and waxed to a lustrous shine.
The concrete rests on a high quality stainless steel base with
an industrial finish. The combination of concrete, glass and
steel along with the pure intricacy of the “fossil”
makes a remarkable table.
